HUSHGROVE ships within the United States only. Orders are not accepted for addresses outside the country, for minors, or for any destination where the sale or shipment of an adult product is prohibited.

Age requirements at the destination

The minimum age to order is 18. Where a destination sets a higher minimum, that requirement applies to the order. The confirmation made at checkout covers the buyer and the person who takes the parcel, and sending something as a gift does not lower the age that applies.

Carrier rules

The carrier may ask for an adult signature, may refuse to hand a parcel to anyone who appears to be under 18, and may refuse a delivery to an address it cannot verify. Those decisions belong to the carrier and cannot be overridden from this store.

  • Addresses where post is returned unclaimed more than once.

If an order falls outside these rules

The order is cancelled and any payment taken is refunded in full to the original method. Where a parcel has already been dispatched, we will ask for it to be returned rather than delivered. Nothing is shipped to a destination we cannot lawfully serve, even where the order has already been charged.
